By accessing or using the website hallp.in ("Site"), the client portal, or any services provided by H&A LLP ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

H&A LLP provides tax-consultancy services to individuals, businesses, and corporates, including but not limited to:

• Income Tax Return (ITR) filing for individuals and businesses.
• Tax planning and advisory.
• Tax notice handling and representation.
• NRI taxation services.
• Business tax and GST compliance.
• Tax audit and compliance support.

We do not guarantee specific tax outcomes. All advice is based on information provided by the client and applicable law at the time of engagement. We are not liable for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

The client portal at /client/login allows registered clients to submit PAN and assessment-year details, upload income documents, and track their ITR status.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any other person. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

New accounts require email verification via a one-time password (OTP). Account activation is subject to approval by our team.

By uploading documents to the client portal, you confirm that:

• You are the rightful owner of the documents or have authority to share them.
• The documents are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You are not uploading any malicious files, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

Accepted file types: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX, XLSX, ZIP. Maximum file size: 10 MB per file. Up to 20 files may be uploaded per submission.

Online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include 18% GST where applicable. A PDF invoice will be emailed to you after successful payment.

Refunds are subject to our refund policy communicated at the time of engagement. Contact us at [email protected] for refund requests.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of H&A LLP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or portal for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or portal.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, H&A LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or tax penalties arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Tax laws change frequently; information on this Site may not reflect the most recent legal developments and should not be relied upon as legal or tax advice without consulting us directly.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Links do not constitute an endorsement.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Delete Account page or by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
